We limit access to and in our buildings to protect our patients by practicing social distancing, allowing time for patient preparation, and maintaining proper sanitization of our equipment.

We may ask you to reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

 

DO YOU HAVE?

  • a diagnosis of coronavirus

  • any cold or flu-like symptoms; such as fever, cough, runny nose, new onset of difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell

     

IN THE PAST 14 DAYS, HAVE YOU:

  • been in an area affected by widespread coronavirus

  • had direct exposure to someone with confirmed coronavirus

  • been told to self-quarantine

NOTE: OUR OUTPATIENT CENTER IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ISOLATING PATIENTS.
